ABOUT THIS SERIES. Medusa is well known as a mythical monster, although she was originally a beautiful maiden. She infuriated Athena by making love to Poseidon in her temple and thus she was punished by the goddess: her hair was transformed into serpents and her face was made so horrible to behold that the mere sight of it would turn a man to stone.
This series is dedicated to all that Medusa involves. Insinuating serpents, knitted with hand-painted yarn, are tangled to evoke both her beauty and her threatening force.

ABOUT THIS ITEM. Serpents in light shades of green and blue twine together in a unique way to create this ultra-feminine accessory. Serpents’ diameter is about 0.8cm (0.3”). The necklace’s circumference is approximately 60cm (23.6”) and its width varies between 4cm-8cm (1.6”-3.1”). Due to its lightness, it’s the perfect summer accessory; but it’ll look chic in any time of the year!

This product is made of 75% wool and 25% polyamide. Care instructions provided in the package.
