glass art pendant

Description

Pendant in greens, yellows, dark pinks, orangey pinks. Silver wire is embedded in the glass. The pendant is 4.5cm long (without the bail) and 3cm wide (about 2" by 1.25")

I think of my pendants as amulets. A Gorgon image can be seen as both healing and protective. In ancient times, a representation of a Gorgon face was often used ito ward off evil. Blood taken from the right side of a Gorgon was said to bring the dead back to life (but only the right, blood from the left was fatal)
