Wentletrap Snail plush soft sculpture
Description
Wentletraps are predatory sea snails with distinctive shells - they have high spires (ridges). The word wentletrap originated in German-Dutch (wenteltrap), and it means spiral staircase.********************************************************
The snail is made of fleece and polyfil, created with hand stitching and machine sewing. The shell is an actual spiral.
This is my own original design, and I have no pattern.
Snail measures 14" (35.6cm) long.

My soft sculptures are not suitable for children 12 and under due to delicate parts. This would do best as a display piece.
