This listing is for your choice of a custom party hat for your Birthday boy or girl. What I have shown doesn't even begin on what I can offer! I make each hat custom for my clients and I handmake my crepe Paper fringe. Almost any color you could want. My most popular hats are cupcakes, tulle cupcakes and sock monkey hat that I have handmade from felt and embellished the hat.

Hats tie with vintage silky soft ribbon, never yucky elastic! Hats are made to fit everyone from babies to grandma! I make them accordingly to age.

Once you purchase please email or call me so we can get your hat exactly as you wish. I can also make you hats for your whole party and you may qualify for wholesale pricing if you order 5 or more.

Hat designs are also available as paper crowns, just ask! I accept paypal or you can call and I can accept credit cards over the phone.
