Peruvian chrysocolla and sterling silver greyhound pendant

Something new for Feathered Gems--bezel set stones! I'll be starting to cut my own stones soon, but for now I'm using purchased ones. This is a lovely piece of blue and green Peruvian chrysocolla purchased from Archy's Rock Shop in Mason, Michigan.

Bezel set on a sterling silver backing, it is adorned with a very tiny running greyhound charm that was cast right here in the Feathered Gems studio. The large bail will allow it to fit on heavy cord or Omega chains up to 7mm wide. The pendant is 32mm tall by 25mm wide (approx. 1 1/4" tall by 1" wide). It is stamped "925" on the back to indicate that it is sterling silver. The bail adds another 14mm (1/2") to the height.

The chain shown in the photos is for display purposes only and is not for sale. If you need a chain, convo me--I have many styles and lengths available in sterling silver.

I ship all my jewelry in appropriately sized gift boxes. For an extra $1 I'll even put it in a tiny gift bag with sparkly tinsel filler. Then all you'll need to do is slap a tag on it and you're good to go! Just convo me and say 'Gift wrap it, please'!

Items with free shipping are sent by USPS First Class. I prefer to ship via USPS Priority Mail because it offers Delivery Confirmation which helps in tracking lost packages. I've only had one package go astray in many years of shipping with USPS, but that one time was enough. If you'd rather have your purchase shipped via Priority Mail, please convo me before payment.
