Beautiful & Unique Ruffled Tunic/Mini Dress made by recyclingCan be worn as a mini or as a tunic. Looks great paired up with leggings. Can also be worn as a maternity top.
Features- Short sleeved style with ruffles galore & matching bow on the neckline. Pleated hem. I left the edges of the ruffles & hem unfinished so it will slightly fray. Not much though.
Material-Top portion is made from Stretchy waffle knit cotton. Bottom is made from slightly stretchy rayon
