Dream Within a Dream Dress

Description

This dress has a classic gothic princess flair, perfect for prom or any special occasion!

Using gorgeous fuschia stretch satin and black spandex I created the bodice, adorning it with striking corset lacing down the front using violet mesh. I trimmed the top with ruffled mesh elastic, ruching it in the back so that it hugs you, preventing the back from slouching down. There is a comfortable halter strap of black stretch lace to finish off the top of the dress. The skirt, comprised of the fuschia satin and an overlay of decadently luscious violet mesh, was painstakingly ruffled for ultimate volume and vamp appeal.

The last photo shows the mesh overlay pinned in a Victorian style, as an option!
