Chair on Vanilla and Blue. A fused glass pendant necklace. 76.

Description

This pendant is made with layers of antique vanilla and powder blue glass. The vanilla glass fires to a subtly-mottled off-white with a white framing next to the pale blue.

The sepia-toned image is a type of photo-transfer using the altered image of a chair. It is permanently fused to the glass.

The glass is fired in a high-temperature kiln at least 2 times to complete this pendant. I've drilled a hole in the glass (and re-fired it) for a secure attachment to the neck cable.

It measures just over 3/4" x 7/8" and comes on a 16" cream color cotton jewelry cord with clasp.

I'm happy to substitute any length of black, dark brown, or light brown cotton neck cord, nylon-covered stainless steel neck cable, gunmetal chain or dark brown ultra-suede. Just add into comment box when ordering, or convo / email asap after placing order.

You can also upgrade to a sterling snake chain which is also available in my shop.

My pendants are made to last many years. They can be worn in the shower, the ocean, the rain...
