This is so cute! I made this out of black and white polkadot cotton fabric from my own pattern. The peter pan collar is just so cute! I used a vintage fabric for the collar with a lovely embossed design (please zoom to see the details). This can be worn with black tights or skinny jeans. It can be worn as a dress or top whichever you prefer. This is the longer version, I have a shorter one in the shop.
There's a zipper on the back.
