Dancing Hoops Necklace

Description

In Native American Culture, the universe and all that's in it is represented by the medicine wheel, or hoop of life. This is my rendition of such a wheel that my people believe and follow. The three hoops is for our mind body and spirit, the feather is for our soul that takes flight like the mighty eagle which soars once we realize who we are, the turquoise donut is for all the gifts that Great Spirit bestowed on us, and the chain is for all the links to all our relations. The two legs, the four legs, the flyer's, the swimmers and all that is that is life.
