Made from a re-purposed t-shirt. Black cotton jersey neckwear measures approx. 32" at longest point. I embellished some strands with black sequins & clear plastic beads to give it just the right amount of sparkle....Easily fits over the head, could be wrapped once for shorter neckwear if desired. Very soft & comfortable to wear. I hope you like it!
