Calm Linoleum Relief Print of Horse, Edition of 20

Description

This print depicts the natural beauty and grace beheld by the horse even when not in motion.

Each of these 6" x 9" prints were hand printed and pulled from a linoleum block print carved by myself. They are all printed on Rives Lightweight relief printmaking paper. The chocolate brown ink was made from a combination of raw sienna, black, and burnt umber high quality Daniel Smith oil based relief printing ink.

Each print is hand numbered, titled, and signed in pencil. The prints are custom matted in 100% cotton rag archival museum quality antique white colored matboard that measures 11" x 14". The prints are also backed with another piece of 11" x 14" matboard and placed in a clear plastic sleeve to protect them until they are framed.

Please Note: Because these prints are each hand pulled and printed, each one is unique. They are as similar to each other as possible, yet nuances are unavoidable when printing by hand.
