A great birthday party dress and hat set for baby's first birthday! The dress is made with sock monkey print fabric and a coordinating fabric tie, which ties asymmetrically to either side. Grosgrain ruffle ribbon trim (it looks darker red in the pictures than it actually is). The dress is size 9-18 mos. It measures 14.5 inches top to bottom. For a one year old it would fit as a short dress, and could be worn as a top up to about 18 mos.Matching sock monkey party hat with coordinating fabrics. The party hat has 4 panels - 2 bright colored sock monkey print, 2 yellow with dots. Red ruffle ribbon. Elastic chin strap. Lined interior.
