Electric blue Ambrosia-- luxury silk and leather large clutch bag with chain--2 internal pockets

Description

This gorgeous Ambrosia clutch bag made of luxurious brocade silk and is attached to a shiny nickel frame. The outer fabric is a beautiful two-tone with a floral pattern and diamonds woven. There is also a gusset, giving more room, and I added a contrasting silver leather piping on each side of the gusset.
I used a recycled luxury two-tone blue and purple lining (of the type traditionally used by Tailors to line their suits...) where a small bagatelles&co label is stitched.
The main body has been interfaced for added strength and protection. All corners and stress points have been reinforced.

Ambrosia is big enough to fit a small bottle of water and a purse or a wallet. I’ve added pockets on both sides of lining for more functionality (I used to always lose my keys or not to find my phone anymore when it rings!). So, on one side, there are three mini pockets for a mobile phone, a lipstick or lipbalm and a third one for, say… some pencils or a mascara….On the other side, I sew two bigger pockets, where you could fit a small pack of tissues, a small mirror, as well as your keys… Well, well, it seems that a girl would be well equipped with the Ambrosia clutch bag!!!:)

Ambrosia can be worn as a clutch but also as a shoulder bag: it comes with its chain shoulder strap that can be attached to the bag or removed, following your mood... The chain is 3 mm thick and ultra-light: it won't hurt the shoulder! I cut the length at 1m/39.3" but I can make it shorter if wanted.

The Ambrosia clutch is a very versatile bag, perfect for that cool dinner party, those summer weddings, or even to add some chic to the day!


All Ambrosia clutch bags are carefully handcrafted in my studio in London, using high quality textiles. Due to its handmade nature, fabric placement may vary slightly, giving your bag a unique feel!
