How I Make Yogurt (LAVENDER)
Description
Yogurt is tasty and oh so very good for you, too! It has been a staple of my diet since I was a little girl. Back then I ate it because I thought it tasted good, and I still do. But now I also eat it because it makes me feel good and keeps me healthy. A couple of years ago I attended a workshop on how to make yogurt in Somerville, Massachusetts by Erica LaFountain of the Boston Skillshare. Since then I have made my own yogurt on a regular basis. I still use the basic instructions I learned in the workshop, but I have also added my own style to it here and there. I love the process and the result so much that I wanted to pass on what I have learned. This little 4" x 5" paperback zine is sewn and comes in a variety of colors. It covers the following topics:
Why Do I Eat Yogurt?
Why Do I Make My Own Yogurt?
Materials
Some Notes On Materials and Methods
Directions
Tips
How I Use My Yogurt
The book is not intended to be a comprehensive guide, but simply a way to share my own thoughts and experiences of making yogurt. I hope you will learn, experiment, and pass on what you know about it, too.
