All US items are shipped out within 2 days of order using US Priority Mail (3-4 business day) deliver with Delivery Confirmation.
All International items are shipped within 2 days of order via US First Class International WITH-OUT Delivery Confirmation or tracking. If you would like to upgrade your shipping, please e-mail us and we will adjust your billing. If you DO NOT purchase upgrade your shipping to include tracking, you will be responsible for the package. We will gladly refund any package that has a tracking on it.
RETURN POLICY: Everything in our collection is handmade and carefully inspected. We pay very close attention to every detail, and stand behind our work. If you are not 100% happy, please feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to work something out. We have a 5 day return policy from arrival date. All items return must have all tags on it and be in perfect condition in order for us to process a return. NO EXCEPTIONS.
