Coastal Drift - Lampwork Focal Bead from Mermaid Glass

Description

This is an organic lampwork focal bead in a sleek, freeform pressed tab shape. It is made in soft, beautiful sand and sea colors.

A base of sea green opaque has been layered with Double Helix Luna 2, which I've pleated and then encased in aqua, Lauscha clear and ivory. Trails of silvered ivory and raised dots add texture and interest.

This is a beautifully detailed bead with amazing color, depth and clarity.

Bead measures 30mm long x 25mm across x 9mm thick

Created by me in my home studio of American glass on 3/32 mandrel. Annealed in a digital kiln for strength and longevity, individually inspected and carefully cleaned with a Dremel tool prior to shipment.
