Limited Edition Screen print Freakshow Poster A1 large

This poster is big!

I made a limited edition of 8 of these for a brief at university where we were looking at the exciting typography of freakshows and circus posters from the late 18th to mid-19th century. We had to come up with our own "freak" to publicise and this is the finished result of my research.

Each poster measures 33 and 1/4" by 23 and 1/2" which is A1 size. It would make quite a statement in a room as the colours are bright magenta, straw yellow, black and a bold turquoise. I cut each letter with a scalpel out of paper, stuck them to tru-grain and exposed onto a huge screen. I then printed the posters one colour at a time, in the order black, yellow, turquoise, magenta.

The print will come rolled in tissue paper and supplied in a cardboard tube.
All prints are numbered, signed and dated.
