It features an Awesome Cape, and matching Skirt. It has fabric loop belt loops, No belt, two Real Side Pockets. For a feminine fit you could wear a belt over or under the cape. is pre-owned in Excellent Vintage condition Material: Tag reads Wool, Acrylic Polyester blend.
