Soft and sweet, cuddly flannel baby blanket set

Description

This sweet receiving blanket is made from two layers of 100% cotton flannel. The back and border are a soft yellow. The back fabric forms a self-bound border with mitered corners on the front. The center of the front is a fun blue with happy suns, moons, stars, and fluffy clouds. It is trimmed with navy blue rick rack.

There is a 12-inch square stitched in the center to keep the blanket from bunching up when it is washed.

The set includes a bib and burp cloth made from the same fabrics and trimmed with mini rick rack. The bib has a velcro closure. The burp cloth is approximately 17" by 8".

This set would make a great baby shower gift. It comes in a clear package, ready to add a bow or ribbon to. Every newborn should come home in a blanket as soft and cuddly as this.

These were sewn by me in my smoke-free home and are ready to ship. I hope you enjoy using them as much as I enjoyed making them.
