14" neon pony bead necklace strung on gossamer floss (like elastic but far superior). Black pony beads with pink, turquoise, and purple pumpkin and squash beads. Also features a blue heart with arrow charm, revamped from a Lisa Frank party favor! Yay Lisa Frank! (does anyone else ever wonder if Lisa Frank is a real person, with a house full of skittles and glitter and purple unicorns?)
