RETURNS and EXCHANGES

We will gladly take exchanges and returns for credit for all items (unless otherwise noted) as long as they are returned within 14 days of receipt. We do require that you first call our Customer Care Center toll-free at (800) 711-5958 for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION # so we can quickly make the transaction for you. Because JulRe Designs' items are handmade, we can not accept returns for refund. We do offer a Merchandise Credit for future purchases. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All SAMPLE items are FINAL SALE.
