Check out this rockin' black and white damask halter top.
-I made this shirt completely from scratch using black and white damask fabric.
-gave it a scoop neck
-gave it a cute empire waist and added some lace detail on the front.
-All seams are serged and topstitched where needed for durability.

★Measurements (when layed flat)★
-bust (armpit to armpit): 15"
-waist (seam to seam at smallest part): 14"
-hips (seam to seam at the very bottom): 17"
-length (shoulder to bottom): 23"
