Here is a hand spun single ply yarn spun by me from hand dyed Falkland wool, dyed by cloudlover69.etsy.com . This is color "Brass Petals" and includes shades of pink, red, gold, and brown with a little orangey peach, too. Falkland is "in between" for me as far as softness goes - not as soft/squishy as merino but not as rough as domestic or Romney. The Falkland I get from cloudlover is amazing - spins like a dream for a really nice yarn!

Wraps per inch: 11-12
Gauge per inch: 5-5.5
Recommended needles: 6-7 (metric: 4.25-4.5)
Recommended hook: F, G

Worsted/DK - right between the two, thinner Worsted/thicker DK

Hand wash cold, dry flat
