Soft and Romantic Neck Ruff in Light Blue

A super soft, super-romantic modern neck ruff!

Made from a supple light blue stretch lace, gathered into two long rows of soft, light blue satin ribbon that you can tie up as much or as little as you like.

This neck ruff is so comfortable it feels like a gentle whisper around your neck!

Fits necks about 12” – 14 " best.
