this one is my favorite! I made this out of a cotton stripe and topped it off with 3 mini bowties.I recommend this as a size small. please have a look at the measurements below.

♥hips 38"
♥length from bust to hem about 24"
♥highest point of bust to crotch measures 20" (better for someone with a shorter torso)
