Description

Saturn: The sixth planet from the Sun and the second largest planet in the Solar System. Named after the Roman god Saturnus (that became the namesake of Saturday), equated to the Greek Kronos (the Titan father of Zeus) the Babylonian Ninurta and to the Hindu Shani. Saturn's symbol represents the god's sickle .

Amethyst and Gold are the perfect compliment for these stunning earrings!

Gold colored French hooks support a 1/2nch retaining ring with a tiny 1/4inch ring wrapped to the bottom of it… A single 7mm jet Swarovski teardrop and a 10mm amethyst ab Swarovski heart provide the finishing touch!

****Please Note: The retaining rings used to create this piece were not made for jewelry, they are hardware for keeping pins in machinery so there will be color variations, I do my best to completely match the rings to each other but sometimes it just isn't possible... the fact that they are not uniform in color and cosistancy adds to the charm of these pieces and just reinforces the overall "Industrial" look
