Caffe latte leaf brooch

Description

Created especially for The Europeanstreetteam's
weekly challenge with the theme "pastels" hosted by www.amandayudesign.etsy.com.

This elegant brooch is made of beautiful caffe latte coloured satin fabric with embroidered detail and sequins. The fabric has been cut in the shape of a leaf and then singed to obtain that certain look and to prevent fraying. The leaf has been embellished with beautiful cream faux pearls and silver lined beads, and finally a couple of extra layers as well as a brooch pin has been sewn onto the back. The brooch measures 3.1 x 2.6 inches/8 x 6.5 cm and arrives elegantly packaged in a beautiful handmade paper bag tied with satin ribbon.

This brooch looks gorgeous on a sweater, a coat or any piece of clothing, and you can use it as well on a purse, a hat or on a scarf. It's sure to add a touch of elegance to any outfit in your warddrobe.
