MetroGypsy is proud to offer custom handmade Grade A Ostrich Feather Fans!

PLEASE note! *The first 2 pictures represent the finished products* The other picture is simply the base model and is there with the dancer in the rehearsal space to give you an idea of size, proportion and color!

I've dubbed them the "MetroFans!" The sizes can vary in construct but most of my special orders are from shorter performers (ie: anyone under Rockette height), who are seeking an *AFFORDABLE* Burlesque or Neuvo Vaudeville feather fan for performance, practice or personal use!

The feathers are all hand set Grade A Ostrich plumes with a spectacular spread and are attached to a custom fixed base. These are not the typical open/close staves, but rather *fixed* hand bases, much simpler to use and great for beginners or those just getting started who can't afford the über expensive and over priced fans out there!

Colors available are:

Noir Chat Black
Cotton Candy Pink
Scarlet Red
Hot Punk Pink
Light Honey Brown
Deep Forest Green
To Kill For Turquoise

You can also special request dual color mixes as well as highlight feathers.
(ie: black/red mix) for an additional charge. Each fan is individually made, custom decorated in your choice of stone accents/colors and hand stamped and numbered by MetroGypsy!

I've included a few photos to give you an idea of what they look like, each item however is custom and may vary slightly from the one pictured.

My focus is on original mini top hats, tilt hats, feather fascinators and one of a kind vintage created for stage performance, burlesque and anyone who loves standing out. Every single item that I create is 100% one of a kind. And I use only the best materials. All though my first piece started out with a tiny budget, I will tell you this isn't some shoddy item pieced together with 50% off glue and the specials at Michaels or AC Moore. I use Grade A imported Ostrich feathers, silk ribbon and absolutely stunning vintage brooches I've collected while traveling acrossed the country.

Please allow at least one work week for piece to be created and two weeks if it is custom.

All domestic packages are shipped via First Class Mail. Gift wrapping may be available upon request. Please send a note with your payment requesting it. All items are from a smoke FREE home!

Please note that I use vintage and antique pieces in my items, be sure to treat them with care as you would any other vintage piece!

If you have any questions about the item *please* ask before buying as there are no returns or refunds due to performers purchasing, using for one night/at a photo shoot and then attempting to return custom handmade items for a refund.
