Dress and Party Hat Set Retro Carnival 9-18 Mos

Description

A great birthday party dress and hat set for baby's first birthday! The dress is made with a really sweet vintage carnival print fabric and a coordinating chocolate brown polka dot fabric tie, which ties asymmetrically to either side. Medium weight cotton. Matching carnival hat with the same coordinating fabrics. The dress is size 9-18 mos. It measures 14.5 inches top to bottom. For a one year old it would fit as a short dress, and could be worn as a top up to about 18 mos.

THIS DRESS IS ONE OF A KIND (although I have more of this fabric for a few more party hats and bib sets, this will be the only dress with this fabric!)

The party hat has 4 panels - 2 vintage carnival print, 2 brown with white dots. Orange ruffle ribbon trim. Lined interior with elastic chin strap.
