Mixed Media Collage On Vintage Artist Palette -I SEE YOU - Oranges Reds Greens FUN

This was something I came up with for my Melange Team Challenge for the word prompt SERENDIPITY !

I had this old artists palette for a long time ... I never knew why I picked it up at a yard sale but here I am using it in a fun creative way !

I used an old photograph of a serious looking man , a copy of the front of one of my Victorian books , part of a " big woman little man " postcard , and old advertisements from early magazines . Some additional paint , distressing and antiquing brought it all together . Embellished with a milk cap , vintage buttons , old American Tourister key with happy face , tape measure parts , butterfly brooch and Scrabble tiles . No hanger on back , looks great leaned on a shelf , books , mantle etc .
