Grand Central earrings

Description

Born from my love of unique and unusually-shaped beads, the Chainerie collection runs a gamut from intricate and amazing necklaces, to delicate everyday earrings. Sterling silver or gold-filled chains are draped or crafted into unexpected shapes, and paired with selections from my treasure box of favorite beads. The unique pieces in this collection are so covetable that you will find yourself buying new clothes too…just because they go so well with your jewelry.

The Grand Central earrings are made from sterling silver chain with Japanese matte-glass bugle beads. The opaque white tube beads are fluted with a gentle twist to create a really delicate but interesting texture. A center strand of fine sterling silver chain holds 3 beads, and the 2 outside strands suspend 2 beads each. The chains are strung on a sterling silver ball-post with butterfly back (also sterling silver). The overall look creates a tassel-y effect, which springs to life as you move your head.

The earrings dangle just over 3.5” from the ball post at the longest point.
