This cute dress and pinafore with hat must have been purchased by my mom to make a dress for my daughter.... only a few pattern pieces are cut, but the sleeve piece is missing. Sleeve pattern piece can easily be substituted by a seamstress.
Instruction sheet is included. Envelope and pattern are in good condition. Envelope is slightly crumpled as shown in pictures. Copyright on pattern instruction is 1973.
