[ INTRODUCTION ]
It all started with the "Tea Time" dress, but I wanted something I could wear with jeans or dress slacks. I turned it into a shorter version, which made it a tunic top.
You can still add a turtleneck underneath for the cooler month, or use it as a swimsuit coverup during the summer time.
The 3/4 asian inspired sleeves are stunning, and the tie that creates the empire waist adds to the sweetness. Of course I had to add the Boutique Mia's signature hem for the added touch.

1) Measure around your bust
2) Measure around the widest part on your hips
3) Measure from the collarbone till where you want the hem.
