Satin Swirl Vintage Button Brooch

Description

A beautiful swirling celluloid button is paired with an unusual brass and plastic button in this vintage button brooch by calloohcallay. The larger button is a slightly greenish beige (a light chartreuse). The surface has a gorgeous wood-grain texture, with two sets of symmetrical carved swirls in beige. The smaller button has a brass perimeter and a plastic of some kind on the inside that is a dark brown (slightly reddish), with raised dots that shine green in the light.

The brooch is 1 1/2 inches (3.9 cm), and the pinback is silver plate.

All of my jewelry comes packaged in colorful hand-made pouches--ready for gift-giving, but easy to open if you want to peek first.
