Happy Sky Print Mini Dress with Corduroy Skirt

Get out your boots to wear with this gal...she's adorable! The top portion of the dress is made from a cotton jersey "happy sky" print, and the bottom skirt portion is a pretty cornflower blue cotton corduroy. The cute little bow tie is also made from the corduroy. I used a red zig zag stitch detail along the hem eyelet lace trim, under bust seam, and on the bow tie. The skirt has 2 pleats in front & back, to give this dress a "baby doll" fit, which is extremely flattering on many body types. This gal measures:

Length from Hi-point shoulder= 33 1/4"
Bust from 1" under armhole= 33" around
High Hip= 34"
Hem Sweep= 44 1/2"
