Natural Flower Print Ruffle Dress

This dress will be great for the summer...you can wear it to the beach over your bathing suit, or on a hot afternoon. The sheer cotton voile has a tonal, natural colored floral print, and the ruffled neckline has a dainty lace trim. The neckline and waist both have elastic running through them for a secure fit. You can wear the ruffled neck up on your shoulders, or pulled down to show your bare shoulders. The ruffle hem and ruffle neck give this dress that classic 1970's silhouette. She measures:
