Embroidered Bird Wall Art in a teal vintage recycled frame
Description
I love this piece!It starts with a reclaimed ornate vintage frame. I painted it a bright teal/aqua blue and then sealed it to keep it from scratching and also to make it shiny. In side the frame is one of my original embroideries. There is embroidery floss, beads, and sequins. The image is of two finches. The colors are not true to life but real finches do come in even more beautiful colors.
I have a weak spot for finches because my art school teacher in 4th grade gave me two and years after that I had 24! (Baby making machines!)
This piece would brighten up any place you put it in! It comes ready to hang and brighten your day.
