This listing is for one (1) 3oz. vacuum sealed package of my old fashioned hickory smoke beef jerky. The bags are resealable. What I feel sets my jerky apart from the others is that I actually smoke my jerky instead of using a dehydrator to prepare it. This puts the flavor deep into the meat. I have 10 packages available in this listing. Very reasonable and realistic shipping prices.

I've been making beef jerky now for about 15 years. Over the course of time I have made literally hundreds of different flavors and smoked all sorts of different meats. I did draw the line when a friend asked me to smoke a possum for him though...LOL

I discovered two things in all that time. My original hickory smoked and teriyaki beef jerky put all the other "experiments" to shame. So now all I make are two flavors of jerky, and it is made only with USDA Inspected london broil. Yes, I pay more for the meat, but the flavor it produces makes it worth every penny. My jerky is perhaps a little more expensive, but when you consider the quality of meat used, and the unbelievable smoked flavor I think you'll agree it's worth it. This is probably long winded, but necessary information.

I sell only 3oz. packages which are vaccuum sealed to preserve the meat. There is absolutely NOTHING artificial in my jerky. No flavor enhancers (nitrates, MSG) or preservatives. I make my jerky the old fashioned way. I marinate it, and than I smoke it.
