Decadent, golden teardrop-shaped earrings that swing gracefully and catch the light with each turn of the head...

*LACE MEDALLIONS*
The earrings feature my signature hand-made lace, created with the finest real gold threads (like those used in the opulent embroideries of the Renaissance and Baroque eras) and dotted with dozens of delicate vintage seed beads. In the center of the tear drop lace motif is a sparkling vintage rhinestone. The lace measures 2" (5.1cm) in length and 1.5" (3.8cm) at their widest point.

*POSTS*
The lace is attached with a 14k gold-filled jump ring to a hand-made link adorned with a softly opalescent vintage glass pearl, and a dainty faceted quartz crystal rondelle on 14k gold-filled wire. The drops are suspended from dainty gold-filled posts, accented with sparkling faceted cz stones.

Measuring a dramatic 3" from the post to the bottom of the tear drop, the earrings are surprisingly light-weight for a design of this size...
