BAM and POW etched copper comic book earrings

I'm not sure if this series of jewelry came from watching too much of the 1960's Batman series with Adam West, or just from reading Calvin and Hobbes every day for most of my youth... But I love comic book sound effects and I bet you do too!

How'd I make these cute earrings? Well the cartoons are my own, drawn with my own little hands. I then acid etched the design into these little copper circles. The copper is antiqued with liver of sulfur to give BAM and POW extra punch!

Each earring is 7/8" wide and dangles just under 2" from the top of the earwire. Both the earrings and earwires are made from copper.

PLEASE let me know if you have sensitive ears BEFORE you purchase these earrings - copper can irritate those with allergies. Let me know and we will find a hypo-allergenic alternative for you!
