Sassy 1960s flapper dress designed by Tori Richards. Rendered in a sleeveless, scoop neckline, princess silhouette with wide ruffle hem. Tropical floral cotton fabric that is reminiscent of deco design. Palett of purple, periwinkle, bright green, and mustard on a white background. Back metal zipper and eye hook enclosures.
