Blue Flower Tailfeather Bustle Bloomers

These bloomers are so fun and playful! They were made out of a vintage Ralph Lauren blue flower print table cloth. They are the same design as my Picknickers that were featured in BUST Magazine (see last picture) There are two tiers of ruffles on the butt that flatter every kind of body- they accentuate small butts, and also distract from any flaws that you might be self conscious about back there! They are stitched with black thread and baby blue picot edge elastic and lined with organic cotton.
