Sashiko is a traditional form of Japanese quilting. Thick cotton thread and broad-woven cotton fabrics are best for sashiko, as are these needles from Olympus of Japan. Olympus produces all the sashiko kits, thimbles and thread sold in my shop.Needles measure 2" & 2.5" (5 & 6 cm)
