LOVE this fabric with retro pink and brown girls in raincoats and umbrellas! Coordinating floral print waist, ties and pocket.This pattern is based on a vintage style I picked up in a thrift shop, fun little ruffle on the bottom, definitely an accessory for having the girls over for lunch!
Apron is on the small size, dress form is a size 8, ties measure 21" each and the waistband is 17". Could also work for a tween/teen.
