100% organic superfine merino wool yarn

Approximately 200 yards (2.35 ounces / 67 grams) per skein. Currently there are 5 skeins available.

Sport weight - 3 ply yarn (approximately 14 wraps/inch), 5 - 6 1/2 stitches/inch on US size 4 - 6 needles.

For best results, machine wash in cool water with like colors, lay flat to dry.

Colorway: "Dusk". Very subtle variegation of pale to medium blue with splashes of pale pink. The color is reminiscent of a beautiful sunset with lovely pink clouds.

This is a soft organic superfine merino wool yarn that is perfect for next to the skin garments, such as sweaters, hats, mittens, scarfs and baby garments. This yarn also felts wonderfully. I handdyed this yarn using low-impact professional lightfast and washfast acid dyes. I hand-dye all of my yarns with great care in small, artisan batches. All of my fibers come from a non-smoking, pet-free home.
