Four panels and a foldover waistband with hidden elastic make this swingy skirt/dress stay where you put it - at the waist, on the hip, or above the bust as a dress.

Hem is finished with curly lettuce edge giving it a feminine edge without being too frilly.

Made of a sueded finish poly lycra blend, it doesn't easily wrinkle - just slip it on with a pair of heels or sandals and you're good to go...also looks fabulous worn over jeans, crop pants or tights...
