Skirt AND Dress

Description

This piece can work as a skirt as well as a dress. A knit fabric in a pale pink topped off with charcoal grey stripes.

50% cotton, 50% polyester.
Measurements are taken with the garment laying flat.

Top of Waist / Bust: 10.5 - 12 inches stretched
Bottom of Waist / Bust (where the stripes meet solid pink): 12.5 - 14 inches with stretch
Striped band is 6.5 inches wide, unfolded
Length from the bottom of the striped band to hem is 26 inches.
