~cotton/rayon blend? (my guess)
~includes the matching belt
~colours are ultra-marine blue, and teal, with black accents
~super flowy, and cool
~completely flattering

Measurements are taken flat:

-20" from top to bottom
-16" across each pantalon
-belt is 30" long, 2" wide
-waist is 12.5" wide, and very very elastic
-there is a bit of fraying at the back/in the centre behind where the belt is

Shipping is by Air, includes insurance, and generally takes 7-10 business days.
