Falling Leaves Necklace

This beautiful necklace represents the falling leaves of autumn, a particular favorite time of year for me as my birthday is in the autumn right when the leaves are changing. the focal bead is a gorgeous faceted leaf shaped golden topaz of the highest quality, it is clear and gemmy. The smaller colored leaves are beautiful mexican fire opal briolettes in shades from clear through yellow, orange, and deep crimson. The whole cluster is about an inch and a half long and 3/4 of an inch wide. I have wire wrapped the "leaves" so they hang and lovely angles as if they were floating in the air. This necklace has a lovely simple silver toggle clasp wire wrapped with beautiful green tourmaline rondelles, the twist is that the clasp is in the front of the necklace. The chain is a light to medium weight dap-bar chain. Such a stunning piece.
